About Us

Ben is the founder and current Chief Partner & Operating Board Member of TetroCoCo. Following a 5 year career in the investment banking compliance industry, Ben was able to use his business expertise to perform a hostile takeover of a Tetro Corporation subsidiary known at the time as Cento-Plas Inc. The company’s main product was Roto-cast ancillary plastic inserts for automated goat milking machines. However, following the 1986 goat milk plasmosis scare, Cento-Plas promptly went out of business and was entered into subsidiary cold storage by the Tetro Corporation.

In 2019, Ben assembled a potent crew of corporate raiders and quants (many coming out of retirement for one last job) and they began to besiege the assets of Cento-Plas Inc. Once the takeover was completed, Ben divested the company from goat milking accessories and moved into new consumer categories like fidget toys, home goods, and jewelry.
